Salon Policies

RESERVATIONS


We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance as possible to ensure that your

preferred time and service is available. Appointments can be scheduled online, email or

by phone. Please note that to accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is

required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also

be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part

of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date

of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.




SCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES


Your appointment is reserved for you and we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We

value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling/cancellation policy. Should

you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your

scheduled start time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee

amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. Clients who miss their appointments

without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for their scheduled service.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this

policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your

business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an

appointment for the same time. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our

staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to our policies. All services

require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your

credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there

is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of

payment.

Cancellation policy may vary based on group reservations and is subject to change.

Bridal and wedding appointments are subject to a 30-day change or cancellation policy

per contract.



LATE ARRIVALS


Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service. If you arrive

late, the time of your appointment may be shortened in consideration of the next guest

and the service will be charged will be charged at the original full rate. Thank you for

your understanding.



CELL PHONES


Due to the relaxing environment of our Salon and to ensure the privacy of our clients, we

request that you refrain from calls on your cell phone or taking photos while in the Salon.

Please put them on silent, vibrate or leave them in your vehicle. Thank you for your

consideration.
